DC Institute's Patient Experience Program is designed to educate the entire practice team on providing a positive experience for patients both in and beyond the chair. Through lecture and activity based sessions, you will learn how to identify and demonstrate your practice’s unique brand. This program provides learners with both knowledge and tools to develop a successful patient experience management protocol in the practice.
